Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and uphold the extensive AI product strategy for HealthRules® Payer.

• Construct and prioritize the HRP AI roadmap encompassing Claims, Member Management, Enrollment, Benefit Configuration, and Contract Management.

• Discover high-value AI use cases through customer insights, market analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Set success metrics and KPIs for AI feature adoption, operational enhancements, and customer outcomes.

• Convert AI strategy into product requirements, epics, and roadmap themes for engineering execution.

• Collaborate with AI Platform and engineering leadership on HRP AI projects, model development, and market positioning.

• Work alongside value stream Product Managers, UX, engineering, data science, and architecture teams.

• Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams for AI launches and readiness for releases.

• Represent HRP AI capabilities in executive reviews, customer briefings, conferences, advisory boards, and analyst presentations.

• Create AI product narratives, positioning, messaging, collateral, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs.

• Ensure AI functionalities comply with CMS, HIPAA, and evolving AI governance standards.

• Establish responsible-AI guidelines and maintain deterministic adjudication integrity.

• Track emerging AI regulations and evaluate their implications on product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 3 years in healthcare payer administration technology or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in defining and delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation products within enterprise software settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims adjudication, member management, benefit configuration, enrollment, and/or contract management.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts with the ability to convert technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions.

• Capability to drive cross-functional roadmap alignment among product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

• Experience in developing product strategy documents, business cases, and presentations for executive levels.

• Outstanding communication skills for clarifying complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: experience with HealthRules® Payer or similar core administrative processing systems.

• Preferred: background in LLM-based product development, agentic AI workflows, or AI product operations.

• Preferred: experience with clinical or operational AI applications in managed care or payer BPaaS environments.

• Preferred: previous work in a product-led SaaS company focusing on AI feature commercialization.
