This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the product discovery, definition, development, launch, and adoption for products centered on logistics, data, analytics, SaaS, and AI capabilities.
• Recognize common customer issues that can evolve into scalable product solutions.
• Convert insights from consulting, customer feedback, audit results, and market opportunities into product ideas, requirements, user stories, business cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform research on the market, competitors, and customers within logistics, transportation, freight auditing, parcel services, supply chains, and AI sectors.
• Assess market size, revenue potential, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and monetization opportunities.
• Create product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market strategies, demonstrations, ROI models, training content, and customer presentations in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Advocate for the customer through interviews, surveys, advisory boards, feedback sessions, and discovery initiatives.
• Establish and track customer success metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Maintain product documentation, requirements repositories, roadmaps, knowledge libraries, and standardized frameworks for product development and market research.
• Identify risks related to products, technology, market dynamics, regulations, operations, AI, data privacy, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and delivery teams to ensure functionality, user experience, quality standards, and post-launch performance are validated.
• Drive innovation initiatives focused on logistics, transportation, supply chains, data, analytics, AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Formulate product strategies, business cases, financial models, pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies for recurring revenue.
• Influence and align cross-functional teams across product, consulting, operations, sales, technology, engineering, data science, and customer-facing departments.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, leading products from concept to launch and market adoption.
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight auditing, parcel management, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated success in identifying market opportunities and transforming customer needs into products that provide measurable value to customers and businesses.
• Proven ability to launch, scale, and commercialize products in data, analytics, SaaS, or AI domains.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, market analysis, customer discovery, product monetization, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledgeable in logistics operations, carrier management, shipping economics, transportation networks, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent influencing, leadership, presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of addressing complex business challenges, managing multiple priorities, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and technology teams to accomplish product initiatives.
• Demonstrated flexibility and a hands-on approach across various business functions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred experience in parcel transportation, freight auditing, carrier management, supply chain technology, or customer-facing consulting environments.
• Preferred experience in developing subscription-based business models, pricing strategies, and product monetization practices.
• Preferred background in bringing AI-enabled products to market.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions is preferred.
• Preferred experience in commercializing proprietary data, analytics, benchmarking, or information services.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
