This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the execution, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the HIRE product.
• Manage a prioritized backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and ensure delivery velocity remains on target.
• Develop release plans, oversee cross-functional dependencies, and identify risks along with mitigation strategies.
• Lead customer implementations, pilot projects, training sessions, and feedback cycles.
• Refine features based on feedback from real-world call-takers.
• Establish KPIs, including call-handling time and the rate of AI adoption.
• Implement product analytics and adjust the roadmap based on quantifiable results.
• Work in conjunction with security and infrastructure teams to uphold CJIS and SOC 2 compliance.
• Offer product expertise for marketing, sales, and support materials.
• Provide briefings to internal teams prior to each release.
• Foster proactive communication, celebrate achievements, and enhance processes to boost predictability and team morale.

• 5–10 years of experience in product management or similar product leadership positions.
• Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing software products from inception to delivery.
• Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with Agile/Scrum teams and acting as Product Manager when necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize backlogs, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and maintain consistent delivery velocity.
• Strong background in developing and managing release plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading customer implementations, pilot programs, or staged rollouts in production settings.
• Advanced capability to define, monitor, and respond to KPIs to inform roadmap and delivery strategies.
• Familiarity with operating in regulated or compliance-focused environments, such as CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, including collaboration with engineering, security, infrastructure, sales, and support teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including proficiency in executive-level communication.
• Must successfully pass an FBI fingerprint and background check across multiple states.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
