This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Communicate and establish the vision and strategy for the product domain
• Set goals and success metrics using precise, measurable objectives and key results
• Develop and implement tools and features to address customer challenges and enhance engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product strategy and vision
• Outline requirements and guide teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Formulate well-defined requirements and user stories
• Prioritize tasks for engineers, designers, and data analysts
• Prepare and assist in creating product, user, implementation, and support documentation
• Fulfill product commitments to drive significant business impact
• Collaborate on market launch strategies
• Conduct in-depth data analyses with data and business intelligence professionals
• Utilize experimentation to test hypotheses and promote product objectives
• Update key stakeholders, including executive leadership, on project progress and outcomes
• Work with customer researchers to discover new opportunities
• Support the real-time claims adjudication platform along with integrated technologies and processes
• Enhance adjudication capabilities and optimize workflows for retail pharmacies and patients
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and industry partners
• Travel occasionally
• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business/systems analysis, or project management
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Experience in healthcare and pharmacy preferred
• Claims adjudication experience is a plus
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex challenges
• Capability to deliver large-scale product features and enhancements, including zero-to-one initiatives
• Proficient in drafting product features and requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Skilled in utilizing analytics and testing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to build relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Willingness to take ownership of initiatives beyond the product area
• Ability to clearly present team efforts to management
• Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in retail pharmacy
• Adherence to company safety and security policies and procedures
• Alertness to potential security threats and proactive communication with the Security Team
