This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Define and implement product initiatives that enhance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.
• Take ownership of the product-area roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and comprehensive execution within the product domain.
• Work alongside senior product leaders to develop strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the delivery of product features from requirements and design through to launch and iteration.
• Convert business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements and specifications.
• Facilitate feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners, including Clinical, Compliance, and Finance.
• Assist in customer research, data analysis, and product validation.
• Track KPIs, adoption, and usability metrics, and adjust based on insights.
• May oversee OKR/QBR reporting.
• Prioritize roadmap features, bugs, and requests while connecting engineering efforts to the end-user experience.
• Understand product-area technologies, express technical requirements, and identify design risks.
• Recognize regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy and escalate compliance issues as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in delivering product features in collaboration with Engineering teams within agile environments.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a background in utilizing product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of writing effective specifications and leading feature discussions.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or other common product and collaboration tools.
• Preferred: 3–6 years of product experience, including features delivered from start to finish.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated or complex sectors such as healthcare, pharmacy, or fintech.
• Preferred: Background in developing products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product features.
• Preferred: Ability to identify technical risks and clearly articulate technical requirements for features and APIs.

• Capability to work at a computer terminal with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, perform repetitive computer-operating motions, and move light objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
