Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the formulation and implementation of strategic product initiatives.

• Oversee the product backlog and articulate a long-term product vision.

• Direct architectural efforts for the full-stack JavaScript application.

• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

• Participate in Agile development methodologies.

• Foster team collaboration and enhance product quality through strong leadership.

• Convert customer insights and analytical data into actionable product features and improvements in user experience.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver software solutions punctually and surpass expectations.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

• Oversee code evaluations and maintain high standards for software releases.

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate building science and energy-efficiency best practices.

• Utilize data and business insights throughout the product lifecycle, from conception to post-launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.

• An MBA is advantageous.

• At least 4 years of experience in technical leadership positions, such as Technical Product Manager or Solution Architect, preferably within the software or energy industries.

• Strong background in software development with hands-on coding experience.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies.

• Analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence, application performance monitoring, and various in-app analytics tools.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of US Demand Side Management (DSM) initiatives, energy efficiency programs, or building science is highly desirable.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong teamwork capabilities.
