Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete user experience in rapidly expanding markets and/or spearhead corridor growth by establishing new markets.

• Design, organize, and initiate new market launches.

• Detect regional deficiencies in user experience and address them effectively.

• Suggest, drive, and uphold the product roadmap for emerging markets.

• Set and propose quarterly OKRs for the team.

• Lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-impact features.

• Manage funnels and North Star metrics, which include CVR, MAU, and Retention.

• Align regional stakeholders and leadership on priorities and resource distribution.

• Conduct experiments, analyze findings, and refine strategies based on market-specific data and local behaviors.

• Share best practices for local optimization and the development of products tailored for diverse LatAm user groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional skill in resource allocation across various markets, understanding the intricate balance between local "magic" and global scalability.

• Proven track record in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and managing the entire product lifecycle in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong data analysis and experimentation capabilities (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization).

• Expertise in Market Research.

• Ability to lead and influence Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops teams without formal authority.

• Comprehensive understanding of the LatAm market.

• Experience in Fintech or Payments is highly desirable.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced level of English proficiency.

• Equivalent qualifications in any of the above areas will also be taken into account.
