This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Take charge of the complete user experience in rapidly expanding markets and/or spearhead corridor expansion by introducing new markets.

• Develop, coordinate, and initiate new market launches.

• Detect regional shortcomings in the user experience and provide effective solutions.

• Propose, manage, and uphold the product roadmap for emerging markets.

• Set quarterly OKRs and lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-impact features.

• Manage funnels and North Star metrics, driving enhancements in CVR, MAU, and Retention.

• Act as the main contact for new market performance, aligning regional stakeholders and leadership on key priorities and resource distribution.

• Conduct experiments, analyze outcomes, and iterate based on market-specific insights and local behavior.

• Share best practices regarding local optimization and catering to diverse LatAm user bases.

• Outstanding ability to allocate resources across various markets, understanding the delicate balance between local "magic" and global scalability.

• Demonstrated experience in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and the complete product lifecycle within a fast-paced setting.

• Strong skills in data analysis and experimentation (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization).

• Proficient in Market Research.

• Capability to lead and influence Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops teams without formal authority.

• Extensive understanding of the LatAm market.

• Experience in Fintech or Payments is highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of translating complex regional trade-offs into clear narratives for leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
