Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete user experience in rapidly expanding markets and/or spearhead corridor growth by introducing new markets.

• Plan, coordinate, and initiate the launch of new markets.

• Identify and address regional gaps that hinder a "magical experience."

• Suggest, advance, and uphold the product roadmap for emerging markets.

• Establish quarterly OKRs and lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver impactful features.

• Manage funnels and North Star metrics, encompassing CVR, MAU, and Retention.

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and leadership to align on priorities and resource distribution.

• Conduct experiments, evaluate outcomes, and refine approaches based on market-specific data and local behaviors.

• Disseminate best practices for local optimization and for developing products tailored to diverse LatAm user bases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding ability to allocate resources across various markets, grasping the intricate balance between local "magic" and global scalability.

• Demonstrated experience in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and the entire product lifecycle within a high-paced environment.

• Strong skills in data analysis and experimentation (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization).

• Proficient in Market Research.

• Capability to lead and influence Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops teams without formal authority.

• In-depth understanding of the LatAm market, with a strong preference for experience in Fintech or Payments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regional trade-offs into clear narratives for leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Equivalent qualifications in the specified requirements will also be taken into account.
