Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the roadmap and backlog for the Predictive Solutions Suite, focusing on features that enhance model accuracy and usability.

• Establish requirements for the ingestion of enrollment data, encompassing sourcing, validation, transformation, and delivery to downstream systems.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to convert customer feedback into product enhancements.

• Track data quality and pipeline health metrics, partnering with engineering to address any issues.

• Aid in user research, competitive analysis, and market evaluations.

• Develop product documentation, release notes, and internal/external communications regarding features.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and assist in maintaining project timelines.

• Advance towards owning specific areas of the roadmap and lead feature initiatives from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline), or equivalent practical experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, data analytics, or a comparable position.

• Proficiency in working with data, including the ability to read data models and evaluate data quality.

• Capability to translate technical information into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Skill in drafting clear specifications and collaborating effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum settings, or a strong willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or BI/analytics platforms is advantageous, though not mandatory.
