This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of customer-facing product areas in DocSend, managing the process from recognizing customer issues and defining strategy to prioritization, execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.

• Propel foundational enhancements across product experiences while balancing immediate customer demands with the long-term quality and sustainability of the product.

• Recognize and cultivate strategic opportunities within Dropbox and DocSend, including experiences that span multiple products.

• Develop a profound understanding of customer needs through research, product analytics, feedback, and direct customer interactions, transforming insights into informed product decisions and priorities.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to pinpoint problems, assess options and trade-offs, ensure quality, and steer cross-functional execution.

• Establish success metrics, assess outcomes using both quantitative and qualitative data, and adjust the roadmap as requirements, priorities, technology, and market dynamics change.

• Thoughtfully leverage AI and automation to enhance workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related field, including comprehensive ownership of customer-facing product experiences.

• Proficient in identifying critical customer challenges, prioritizing effectively, making product trade-offs, and translating strategy into clear product direction.

• Strong customer empathy combined with the ability to merge qualitative insights with quantitative evidence.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design in situations of uncertainty, technical constraints, dependencies, risks, and product quality decisions.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities; skilled in defining success metrics, interpreting product and business data, and utilizing evidence to guide iterations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to foster cross-functional alignment and clearly convey decisions and trade-offs.

• A curious and adaptable mindset; capable of learning new domains and technologies while integrating AI-enabled workflows with sound product judgment and accountability.
