This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer-facing DocSend product areas from start to finish, addressing customer challenges, formulating strategies, prioritizing tasks, executing plans, launching products, measuring outcomes, and iterating as necessary.

• Propel essential enhancements across user experiences, ensuring a balance between immediate customer requirements and the long-term quality and sustainability of the product.

• Discover and cultivate strategic opportunities within Dropbox and DocSend, focusing on multi-product experiences.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of DocSend customers through research, product analytics, feedback, and direct customer insights, converting findings into definitive product decisions and priorities.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to identify challenges, assess options and trade-offs, uphold high-quality standards, and facilitate cross-functional execution.

• Establish success metrics, utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to assess outcomes, and refine the roadmap in response to evolving customer demands, business objectives, technological advancements, and market dynamics.

• Thoughtfully leverage AI and automation to enhance workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related field, with a proven track record of managing customer-facing product experiences from inception to completion.

• A demonstrated capability to identify significant customer challenges, make informed prioritization and product trade-offs, and translate strategy into a clear product vision.

• Strong customer empathy, coupled with the ability to merge qualitative insights with quantitative data when making product-related decisions.

• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams to navigate through ambiguity, technical limitations, dependencies, risks, and product quality decisions.

• Robust analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, interpret product and business data, and utilize evidence to steer iterations effectively.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional partners and articulate decisions and trade-offs clearly.

• Flexibility and curiosity, including the ability to learn new domains and technologies while thoughtfully integrating AI-enabled workflows without compromising strong product judgment and accountability.

• Preferred: Experience in building and evolving B2B or SaaS products.

• Preferred: Experience with products that support critical business document or content workflows.

• Preferred: Experience in developing multi-product experiences or workflows that span multiple product surfaces.

• Preferred: Experience in creating AI-enabled customer experiences or utilizing AI tools within the product development process.
