Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead swift product experimentation through A/B tests, growth initiatives, and the introduction of new features.

• Construct, prototype, and deliver functional product modifications from start to finish.

• Utilize AI coding tools for prototyping, coding, data analysis, and contributing via pull requests.

• Collaborate closely with designers and developers while maintaining technical independence.

• Link product metrics to product decisions and establish relevant success criteria.

• Evaluate experiment and feature outcomes and leverage insights to guide further iterations.

• Take ownership of ambiguous product tasks from the initial idea to delivery and measurable impact.

• Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, growth, and user experience.

• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder & CTO and cross-functional teams.

• Resolve product and technical challenges independently.

• Continuously investigate and implement new AI tools and methodologies.

• Rapidly progress through experimentation, iteration, and product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience or closely related product expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching functional products, features, or prototypes.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and contributing to pull requests.

• Strong preference for professional experience in AI-native building and shipping.

• High level of data fluency with the ability to link metrics to product decisions.

• Experience in defining success metrics, analyzing results, and driving iterations based on data.

• Strong curiosity and independent exploration of AI tools.

• A proactive approach and a high degree of agency.

• Capability to work independently in uncertain environments.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work directly with designers and developers, particularly on web-based products.

• Technical independence and a willingness to engage hands-on in product development.

• Complete comfort in building and shipping products that include uncensored, adult-oriented content.

• Fluent in English.

• Design knowledge is considered an advantage.

• Experience in rapidly growing B2C, consumer technology, entertainment, or gaming sectors is beneficial.

• Background as a developer or designer transitioning into product management is welcome.

• Experience with consumer-facing products is a plus.
