This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Convert high-level product requirements and client expectations into actionable technical specifications or work plans.
• Collaborate with product teams to document requirements and client expectations.
• Create AI-driven prototypes and mock-ups for client evaluation.
• Gather client feedback and brainstorm product outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Decompose epics and features into user stories and ensure task estimation.
• Establish acceptance criteria and define the completion standards.
• Organize sprint activities and monitor velocity and progress.
• Provide reports on product KPIs and team performance metrics.
• Assess system architecture, API integrations, and database scalability.
• Provide guidance on implementation strategies and technology selections.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on systems design and architectural decisions.
• Manage bug triage and client issues, prioritize resolutions, and communicate outcomes.
• Assist with platform demonstrations, documentation, and training.
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams, eliminate obstacles, address technical inquiries, and manage risks.
• Oversee tasks across teams and act as the primary liaison for technology partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Relay updates, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders.
• Aid in establishing and refining product processes, tools, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to fostering a product-led growth mindset within the organization.
• At least 3 years of product management experience with direct, ongoing collaboration with engineering teams.
• A minimum of 3 years managing the daily execution of cross-functional teams.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in creating AI-powered prototypes and mockups.
• Experience in creating and maintaining product backlogs, planning sprints, and executing tasks in an Agile environment.
• Proven success in launching 0 to 1 products and 1 to N products.
• A history of delivering complex, technically challenging products from unclear requirements to launch.
• Experience in defining success metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior experience as a software engineer is preferred.
• A master's degree is preferred.
