Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Client Success, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to shape product strategy and prioritize the roadmap.

• Convert customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and feedback from stakeholders into product requirements and actionable recommendations.

• Develop, prioritize, and implement product initiatives that align with the company's goals.

• Facilitate and support discussions on prioritization concerning opportunities, trade-offs, dependencies, and anticipated impacts.

• Act as the primary representative for the customer perspective within Audiohook.

• Establish feedback mechanisms among customers, Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Conduct research with customers and synthesize their feedback to pinpoint product opportunities.

• Relay customer insights to product development teams.

• Define, monitor, and report on product metrics such as adoption, engagement, utilization, performance, and business impact.

• Provide leadership and stakeholders with visibility into product health and potential opportunities.

• Merge quantitative and qualitative insights to assess product performance.

• Educate and inform internal stakeholders and customers regarding product changes and features.

• Translate technical developments into accessible information for diverse audiences.

• Create product updates, launch communications, enablement materials, and associated resources.

• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to articulate capabilities, limitations, positioning, and use cases.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field.

• Strong capability to influence and achieve alignment among technical and commercial teams without direct authority.

• Proficient in translating customer and business requirements into actionable product recommendations.

• Solid analytical skills with experience in defining, interpreting, and communicating product KPIs.

• Technical fluency adequate for effective collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex product concepts for varied audiences.

• Experience in building customer feedback loops and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Preferred experience in adtech, martech, B2B SaaS, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Must not require immigration sponsorship to work in the United States.
