📋 Description

• Take ownership and effectively communicate the Epic/MyChart capability roadmap.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog that aligns with technical configurations, consumer growth, and patient access objectives.

• Analyze patient journey analytics and utilization data to pinpoint digital friction areas.

• Enhance self-service options and engagement touchpoints.

• Develop data-driven business cases and financial impact models for feature implementation, system improvements, and platform investments.

• Create product requirements, user stories, and criteria for feature acceptance.

• Provide guidance to analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners.

• Collaborate with enterprise partners and leadership to incorporate MyChart capabilities into the wider consumer digital experience ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• At least 5 years of progressive product management experience in managing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms within a complex healthcare environment.

• Epic MyChart Certification or proven proficiency is necessary.

• Strong understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
