Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify ways to enhance the product by analyzing data, gathering user feedback, and understanding business requirements.

• Convert challenges into precise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the involved teams.

• Create and prioritize the product backlog, taking into account impact, effort, dependencies, and product goals.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to outline solutions, assessing user experience, technical feasibility, and business value.

• Monitor feature development and launches, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders.

• Manage interdependencies between teams and features that cater to various user journeys and requirements.

• Establish and track metrics related to adoption, usage, and performance to inform decisions and enhancements.

• Effectively communicate priorities, progress, outcomes, and risks in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience in managing digital products and collaborating with cross-functional software development teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English, capable of leading meetings, presenting proposals, and creating documentation in English.

• Experience in product discovery, backlog prioritization, and tracking delivery progress.

• Skill in structuring problems and translating business and user needs into actionable solutions and requirements.

• Familiarity with data analysis and metrics to inform product-related decisions.

• Ability to align priorities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and the digital product development lifecycle.
