Product Manager – AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap, requirements, and prioritization for the product area from the discovery phase through to launch.

• Conduct customer discovery sessions with CISOs, security architects, and teams focused on cloud and AI platforms.

• Convert customer needs into well-defined problem statements and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Collaborate with engineering and security research on scope, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines.

• Engage in technical design reviews.

• Establish success metrics and evaluate adoption, coverage, and detection effectiveness.

• Partner with product marketing, sales engineering, and support teams for positioning, enablement, and product launches.

• Monitor the evolving landscape of AI security, including agent frameworks, LLM providers, regulations, and competitors.

• Integrate pertinent AI security advancements into the product strategy.

• Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows for research, analysis, documentation, and daily product tasks.

• Lead either the Cloud Discovery workstream, which involves compiling an inventory of AI agents, models, and AI-enabled applications across customer cloud environments, or the AI Security Platform workstream, focusing on gateway, agentic security, forensics, or shared platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within the B2B SaaS sector.

• At least 2 years of experience working on security, cloud infrastructure, or products aimed at developers.

• Demonstrated history of delivering products utilized by enterprise security or infrastructure teams, achieving measurable results.

• Strong technical fluency, encompassing the ability to read API specifications, discuss the trade-offs of distributed systems, and understand the deployment of LLM applications and AI agents.

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting clear PRDs, decision documents, and executive updates.

• Practical experience in the daily use of AI tools and LLM/agentic workflows in product development.

• Proficiency in English.

• Comfort in collaborating with distributed teams across various time zones.

• Strong sense of ownership and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Background in cybersecurity, including areas such as DLP, CASB, SIEM, EDR, CSPM/CNAPP, or AI security.

• Solid practical knowledge of a major cloud provider, including its services, IAM, and inventory/audit APIs.

• Engineering background or hands-on experience with scripting, particularly in Python.

• Familiarity with AI compliance and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.

• Experience in integrating AI-assisted or agentic workflows into product teams.
