This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance company-wide product management processes for software products and services.

• Coach and empower the organization in product management methodologies, best practices, and tools.

• Promote and integrate the product management mindset through internal communications, workshops, and presentations.

• Foster product-oriented thinking and assist in the implementation of product management standards.

• Collaborate with the Strategy Board, development teams, sales, and other relevant departments to facilitate seamless product development.

• Stay updated on product management trends and innovations, integrating them into company practices.

• Establish the ideal operating model among Business Leads, Product Owners, Technical Engineers, sales, marketing, and customers.

• Align processes to deliver the best possible customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a similar qualification.

• Several years of experience in product management for software products, ideally within a SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with product management frameworks, such as Lean, Design Thinking, and OKR.

• Experience in designing and implementing a tooling landscape to support product management processes.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• A structured and solution-focused approach to work.

• A high level of initiative and a passion for innovation.

• Ability to serve as a role model for a product-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.
