This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop, implement, and advocate for contemporary product management workflows throughout the organization.
• Create the ideal operational framework among Business Leads, Product Owners, Technical Engineers, and the global Sales and Marketing teams, with active engagement from customers.
• Ensure all processes are aligned with the highest standards of customer experience.
• Launch, establish, and perpetually enhance a comprehensive product management process for software products and services across the company.
• Mentor and enable the organization in product management strategies, best practices, and tools.
• Foster a product management mindset through internal communications, workshops, and presentations.
• Encourage a product-centric approach and assist in the adoption of product management standards.
• Work in partnership with the Strategy Board, Development, Sales, and other key departments to facilitate a seamless product development process.
• Stay updated on current trends and innovations in product management and integrate them into company practices.
• A university degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Multiple years of experience in software product management, ideally within a SaaS context.
• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with prevalent product management frameworks, such as Lean, Design Thinking, and OKRs.
• Proven experience in designing and establishing a set of tools to facilitate product management processes.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Passionate and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Organized and solution-focused work approach.
• High level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Ability to exemplify a product-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in German and English, with excellent written and spoken skills at a minimum C1 level.
