Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Roadie’s internal operations products.

• Lead the development of tools and workflows that assist internal teams in identifying issues, making informed decisions, and resolving work efficiently.

• Transform complex, manual processes into user-friendly, scalable product capabilities.

• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation while ensuring human oversight and operational safeguards are maintained.

• Establish goals and success metrics that focus on efficiency, resolution quality, self-service, and user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs, align priorities, and achieve business outcomes.

• Create clear product ownership and operating practices across interconnected systems and workflows.

• Lead critical initiatives while managing and developing a small product team.

• Recruit and onboard additional product talent as the organization expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in building internal tools, operational platforms, or complex workflow products.

• Experience as a player-coach, guiding product execution while managing and developing product talent.

• A proven record of converting complex, manual processes into intuitive, scalable solutions.

• Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and experience in defining meaningful success metrics.

• Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align cross-functional stakeholders.

• A high standard for internal user experiences and the same product rigor you would apply to customer-facing products.

• A practical, AI-forward mindset, with sound judgment about when to automate and when human oversight is crucial.
