Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and long-term growth opportunities.

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of Product Managers, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.

• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap across various initiatives.

• Create effective product management processes and ensure cohesive alignment between business and technical teams.

• Promote data-driven decision-making utilizing product analytics, performance metrics, and experimentation.

• Spot opportunities for product enhancement based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive assessments.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver effective product solutions.

• Track product performance, identify potential risks, and implement improvements to reach business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in roles such as Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or other similar leadership positions.

• Strong background in product management specifically within the iGaming sector.

• Demonstrable experience in leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.

• Solid knowledge in product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization techniques.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and aligning various stakeholders.

• Ability to convert business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.

• Strategic mindset coupled with strong execution capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, results-oriented leadership approach with superb communication and decision-making skills.
