This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more countries.
β’ Serve as the subject-matter expert for Ivalua within the Source-to-Pay platform.
β’ Offer insights on Ivalua best practices, architecture, and solution design.
β’ Assess and verify solution designs for scalability, compliance, and maintainability.
β’ Convert business stakeholder requirements into effective Ivalua solutions.
β’ Set up modules for Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.
β’ Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.
β’ Diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical challenges.
β’ Assist in release planning, ensuring deployment readiness, and supporting go-live activities.
β’ Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
β’ Engage in design reviews, defect management, and release evaluations.
β’ Guarantee successful deployment and stabilization post-production.
β’ Mentor team members on Ivalua solutions and best practices to enhance their skills.
β’ Facilitate onboarding through solution demonstrations and training sessions.
β’ Maintain both technical and functional documentation effectively.
β’ Drive ongoing enhancements in development, configuration, and release workflows.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 5 years of practical experience in implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation.
β’ Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration.
β’ Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge.
β’ Extensive experience in Ivalua functional configuration.
β’ Significant experience in Ivalua technical configuration.
β’ Proficient in APIs, EAI, and ETL integrations.
β’ Advanced SQL skills.
β’ Experience in release management.
β’ Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
β’ Strong skills in stakeholder management and client interaction.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently in a global remote setting.
β’ Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
β’ Candidates must reside outside the Philippines.
β’ Must be available to align with Manila business hours and the client's business calendar and holidays.
