Product Engineer – Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver features for the mobile application, web application, and backend API.

• Utilize React Native, Next.js, Node, and Postgres throughout the product stack.

• Manage features from initial specifications to final release with minimal supervision.

• Maintain responsibility for features after they have been launched.

• Address bugs and resolve issues reported by customers.

• Create internal tools to support sales and customer service teams.

• Engage with operators and frontline users to guide product development.

• Work closely with the VP of Engineering, product engineers, designer/co-founder, and co-founders.

• Participate in code reviews and evaluate the work of fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately two to five years of professional experience in developing and delivering web or mobile products.

• Strong product sense with a focus on user experience, clarity, and attention to software details.

• Versatile across the technology stack, or proficient in one area with a genuine interest in the other.

• Eagerness to ask questions early on and communicate challenges when facing obstacles.

• Capability to work with AI coding agents while remaining accountable for the results.

• Proficiency in distinguishing quality code output from plausible code output and articulating why the code functions as intended.

• Experience with, or willingness to learn, TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Postgres, and Prisma.

• Proven track record of building and delivering products.

• Ability to work independently after an initial ramp-up period.

• Bonus: Experience in developing AI product features that involve LLMs, agents, workflows, or evaluations.

• Bonus: Mobile development experience, especially with React Native or Expo.

• Bonus: Experience at a small company where features progressed from concept to customer delivery.
