Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design of products and contribute to decisions regarding what to develop and the rationale behind it.

• Adhere to engineering best practices, ensuring that nearly every pull request is accompanied by tests.

• Develop and deploy features from start to finish.

• Take ownership of crucial product metrics, including user interactions within the application.

• Expand products to accommodate over 100,000 customers.

• Assume responsibility for one or two significant outcomes, such as minimizing support tickets, enhancing app usage and growth, or increasing phone service availability.

• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback during sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong emphasis on usability, front-end development, product design, and information architecture.

• Proficient across the technology stack, including TypeScript, Python, and/or Go.

• Familiarity with React and Next.js.

• Excellent command of native or near-native English skills.

• Experience in a startup environment is essential.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.
