Product Engineer – AI Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer challenges from initial identification of pain points to production delivery and impact assessment.

• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed based on the specific problem.

• Utilize AI agents for tasks such as coding, analysis, testing, and iterative development.

• Function independently with minimal supervision by asking relevant questions, forming hypotheses, and delivering solutions.

• Work alongside designers, product managers, data experts, and engineers within self-directed teams.

• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and suggest as well as implement ways to delegate tasks to AI agents.

• Develop innovative AI-native tools for creators and entrepreneurs as part of Hostinger Horizons.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and launching tangible products.

• Proven experience in full-stack development with Node.js for backend and Vue.js, React, or Angular for frontend.

• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into real workflows and deliver meaningful outcomes with AI support.

• Strong product-oriented mindset aimed at achieving user satisfaction and business results.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Adherence to testing best practices.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Nice to have: experience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP PubSub.

• Nice to have: experience with Vue 3 Composition API and Pinia.

• Nice to have: exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

• Nice to have: experience in building or integrating LLM-powered features or AI agents in a production environment.

• Nice to have: familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

• Nice to have: experience with monorepo setups or Vite.
