This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the creation, quality, and timely distribution of client-facing Product Release notes.
β’ Manage and update the client-facing Product Roadmap, ensuring it is accurate and aligned with go-to-market strategies.
β’ Provide in-product guidance and best practices, including messaging, tooltips, walkthroughs, and recommendations.
β’ Act as the reliable voice regarding product changes for external partners and clients.
β’ Design and implement recurring product training programs that cover product capabilities, customer success stories, and narrative alignment.
β’ Conduct live sessions, recorded modules, external partner and client sessions, and on-demand resources.
β’ Convert strategic product positioning and messaging into practical training materials.
β’ Evaluate training effectiveness using measurement best practices and data analytics.
β’ Create and deliver product fundamentals training for new hires.
β’ Develop demo workflows and scenarios that highlight product value.
β’ Assist with demo issue escalation and collaborate with the Product team to find solutions.
β’ Monitor training engagement metrics and assess business impact.
β’ Identify skills gaps in product capabilities and training requirements.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in developing training resources and/or delivering training programs, or a related field, demonstrating the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
β’ Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to quickly learn complex SaaS products and convey features clearly to varied audiences.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify product complexities into clear, actionable messages.
β’ Proven ability to influence and build consensus across teams and with external stakeholders, including partners and clients.
β’ Demonstrated ownership of client-facing product communications, such as release notes, product roadmaps, or in-product guidance, with sound judgment on what information to share externally and how to present it.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
β’ Capable of working collaboratively across functions and prioritizing competing demands with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail, follow-through, and the capacity to meet deadlines.
β’ Demonstrated skill in distilling large amounts of information and communicating what is most important to specific audiences.
β’ Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, advertising technology, or B2B software environments.
β’ Solid understanding of learning and instructional design principles, including adult learning theory, retention, and engagement techniques.
