Product Development – Packaging Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design innovative consumer products for Amazon and e-commerce platforms

• Develop packaging designs, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics

• Create comprehensive product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers

• Formulate specifications for home goods, textiles, apparel, and other consumer products

• Convert product concepts and references into clear instructions for factories

• Evaluate samples and revise design, color, material, sizing, and construction elements

• Organize and prepare artwork, dielines, tech packs, and production documentation

• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams

• Ensure visual consistency, functionality, and e-commerce readiness of products and packaging

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in product development, production design, packaging, or consumer goods

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Experience in creating packaging artwork and print-ready production files

• Capability to generate detailed product specifications, tech packs, or factory-ready documentation

• Strong grasp of color, typography, layout, materials, and product presentation

• Comfortable handling physical products, measurements, samples, and revisions

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple products concurrently

• Experience with Amazon or e-commerce products is a significant advantage

• Familiarity with home goods, textiles, apparel, accessories, or related consumer products is a plus
