Curriculum Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Create, execute, and maintain training materials.

• Develop, revise, assess, and recommend training programs that enhance customer service, technical documentation processes, operational systems, and e-learning initiatives.

• Design instructional content that promotes learning and performance within the Quality department's functional teams.

• Draft and present timely training project timelines.

• Oversee training resources and maintenance of support sites.

• Create tools to evaluate improvements in knowledge, skills, and quality outcomes.

• Analyze training program objectives and determine the necessity for content and structural adjustments.

• Conduct training sessions as required to meet operational objectives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or business curriculum design or training development.

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles.

• Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies.

• Proficient knowledge of learning technologies.

• Experience in designing curricula for adult learning environments.

• Required proficiency in Articulate Storyline.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.

• Preferred project management experience.

• Experience with Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate is preferred.
