Design Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist in the coordination of design activities for designated brands, products, services, or experiences.

• Aid in overseeing design projects from their initial strategy and briefs through to concept evaluation and final delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to generate design insights, concepts, and solutions.

• Manage inquiries and project tasks that have moderate scope and complexity under general supervision.

• Adhere to established design methodologies, systems, processes, and procedures.

• Work alongside members of the design community and technical specialists to gather design specifications, input, and guidance.

• Contribute to design solutions that align with innovation, product, service, or brand experience objectives.

• Complete project tasks to further professional growth and enhance design expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher, verified prior to commencement.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SolidWorks, Sketchbook Pro, or similar applications.

• Entry-level experience in design coordination, brand design, product design, service design, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and passion for design.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong storytelling abilities and effective communication of design concepts.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Capability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and external creative collaborators.

• Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures with regular guidance.

• Interest in enhancing design knowledge and implementing best practices.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa.

• May require up to 10% travel, both domestic and international.
