Product Designer – UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery research and synthesize findings to pinpoint essential project requirements and scope.

• Leverage AI to enhance design workflows, expedite exploration, and foster superior product experiences.

• Simplify complex insurance challenges into clear, elegant user experiences.

• Manage the complete design process, encompassing research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI.

• Collaborate with engineers to accurately and consistently realize designs.

• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing data and research to guide decisions.

• Contribute to and enhance the design system for improved scalability and efficiency.

• Partner closely with the Head of Product Design, Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders from concept through to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the United Kingdom.

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar capacity.

• High level of proficiency in Figma.

• Robust portfolio showcasing product thinking, UX flows, and visual design capabilities.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI, with experience in integrating AI into the design process and product experiences.

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise products; background in insurance or fintech is advantageous.

• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Comfortable navigating between overarching product strategies and detailed pixel-level design.

• Excellent communication skills; capable of articulating decisions clearly and collaborating effectively across teams.
