Product Designer – Credit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product design for Félix Credit in collaboration with a lead credit designer.

• Create borrowing flows, credit offers, disclosures, repayment experiences, and transaction history.

• Develop interaction and visual patterns for lending within WhatsApp conversations.

• Contribute to defining credit experiences for native iOS and Android platforms.

• Collaborate with the Credit PM, broader design team, Head of Product Design, as well as product, engineering, legal, and risk partners.

• Conduct evaluative testing and lightweight discovery, involving research for larger inquiries.

• Generate concepts, present work, incorporate feedback, and balance usability with risk considerations.

• Assist in shaping hiring practices, critique methodologies, and the design system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience designing consumer products with a strong emphasis on craft, including robust visual and interaction design, and an expanding scope across end-to-end UX.

• Ability to navigate from pixel-level details to strategic thinking: you can address screen issues, reframe patterns, and justify trade-offs to non-designers.

• Proficiency in native or near-native Spanish and advanced English.

• Extensive Figma expertise, with at least two mobile products successfully launched from start to finish.

• Research proficiency to conduct your own evaluative testing and discovery, along with the discernment to know when to engage a researcher.

• Familiarity with AI as a creative ally (Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex) used to enhance craftsmanship rather than shortcut it.

• High tolerance for constraints: legal mandates, risk guidelines, and unavoidable failure states that cannot be designed away.

• Comfort with rapid pace and ambiguity; we prioritize quick shipping and transparency in our work.

• Clear communication skills, welcoming critique early on, and sharing work before finalization to gather feedback and propel the team forward.

• A portfolio link (with password, if necessary) is mandatory for consideration.

• Bonus: experience in lending, credit, banking, or another regulated area, or with conversational AI products.

• Equivalent qualifications in the specified requirements will also be taken into account.
