Product Designer – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete design process for the B2B product experience.

• Create new features and enhance existing ones to foster deeper engagement and improve adoption rates.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on onboarding processes, the admin dashboard, and features tailored for businesses.

• Work alongside B2C teams to ensure a uniform learning experience.

• Manage the Management Dashboard utilized by administrators to oversee and guide team training efforts.

• Uphold the design quality standards for B2B across the entire product range.

• Contribute to shaping the B2B product strategy in conjunction with PMs, engineering, data teams, and the founders.

• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to translate user feedback into actionable product insights.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.

• Articulate the design vision and rationale effectively to stakeholders, including Founders and the Head of Product.

• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance discovery, validation, and prototyping processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product design, preferably within a B2B context.

• Proven ability to advance projects proactively without needing direction.

• A sincere passion for clarity and quality in user experience.

• Strong collaborative relationships with PMs, Engineering, and Data teams.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI to enhance and streamline the design process.
