Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Enhance current mobile applications or develop new products from the ground up

• Create innovative features and refine existing functionalities

• Engage in shaping the product’s visual identity

• Work collaboratively with product managers, analysts, and developers to discover optimal solutions for users and the business

• Be involved in the recruitment process, which includes an introductory call, optional test task, technical interview, final interview, and offer

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms

• Strong visual sensibility and expertise in composition, typography, icons, and color schemes

• Capability to assess design quality and pinpoint areas for improvement

• Proficient in creating icons, simple illustrations, and high-quality generated images

• Flexibility to work in diverse visual styles while ensuring consistency in product design

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles

• Skill in crafting concise and impactful headlines

• Ability to independently identify solutions without the need for micromanagement

• Capacity to adhere to deadlines

• Competence in justifying design choices, presenting ideas, and actively listening to feedback

• Submission of a portfolio link featuring preferred case studies
