Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the design process for product features from identifying problems to delivering designs and aiding in implementation.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma.

• Create intuitive and efficient interfaces for intricate sales workflows, including pipelines, tables, and dashboards.

• Enhance the product’s mobile experience, starting with responsive web designs and adapting complex interfaces for smaller screens.

• Conduct light user research and usability testing to validate concepts and enhance designs.

• Contribute to the design system by developing and refining reusable components and interaction patterns.

• Work closely with developers to convey design intentions, resolve implementation queries, and ensure the quality of released features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably with B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio showcasing completed work that illustrates the design process, decision-making, and personal contributions.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, especially for complex, data-intensive interfaces.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including capabilities in prototyping and creating reusable components.

• Experience in working with and contributing to design systems.

• Ability to take ownership of features and work autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills and a background in collaborating with developers.

• Proficiency in English.
