Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design areas from start to finish, including discovery, problem framing, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration.

• Develop and sustain a scalable design system for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create intricate financial workflows, addressing various states and edge cases.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to make informed scope and tradeoff decisions.

• Design within the constraints of integration-partner capabilities while also challenging them when necessary.

• Conduct customer research, interviews, usability testing, and prototype evaluations.

• Convert research insights into actionable design strategies.

• Establish quality benchmarks for your areas of responsibility and uphold a high standard of craftsmanship.

• Play a key role in product strategy and influence future product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design.

• Significant experience working with complex, multi-surface products across web and mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated fintech expertise in delivering financial products at a deep level.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or on-chain products.

• A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive work on complex products; submission required with application.

• Experience in building or making substantial contributions to a design system.

• Comfortable navigating technically intricate product surfaces and extensive third-party integrations.

• Strong systems thinking skills regarding patterns, states, and components.

• Keen judgment regarding scope, sequencing, and product value.

• Excellent written communication skills suited for a remote, asynchronous team environment.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Willingness to work within European time zones and business hours.
