Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect user, data, competitor, and stakeholder requirement context independently for product research.

• Define problems and substantiate design choices.

• Create and refine UI/UX workflows for internal Engine products, such as Paywall Builder SDU, KissMyCockpit, AutoRules, Sauron Eye, and Refund.

• Develop and sustain a reusable design system and UI kit library comprising components and patterns.

• Utilize Figma, Stitch, Pencil, and LLM tools for rapid prototyping and variations.

• Take ownership of the final design quality and decisions.

• Execute complex workflows from problem definition and user flow to mockups and semantic handoff to development.

• Assist with stakeholder and presentation design as required.

• Contribute to making Engine products efficient, clear, and consistent tools for product and marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product UI/UX portfolio.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Capability to independently perform product research, including user flows, competitor analysis, and requirements gathering.

• Experience with design systems and UI kits.

• Familiarity with AI integration in the design process.

• Experience with paywall and subscription flows is advantageous.

• Motion design skills are a plus.

• Understanding of front-end semantics and design handoff to code is a plus.

• Experience within a product platform or product factory environment is a plus.
