Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design high-fidelity UI/UX layouts, user journeys, and sustainable design systems/style guides aligned with business objectives.

• Create prototypes and micro-interactions to assess and validate product concepts.

• Utilize AI tools with a defined design vision to enhance research and prototyping while maintaining UX quality.

• Collaborate directly with clients to oversee product expectations, timelines, and design deliverables.

• Work in close partnership with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and to prevent unnecessary complexity.

• Mentor and guide team members while promoting an environment of open feedback and technical excellence.

• Engage daily in a healthcare project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.

• A strong portfolio and case studies that showcase product design informed by business goals and genuine user needs.

• In-depth knowledge of design processes.

• Capability to produce UI designs with corresponding style guides.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Experience in prototyping and/or developing micro-interactions.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role.

• Proficient in managing expectations, deadlines, and budgets.

• Ability to leverage AI for prototyping and research synthesis while maintaining responsibility for UX quality and usability choices.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1).
