This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Create engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for digital products across various clients and industries.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, quality assurance teams, and clients throughout the product development lifecycle.
β’ Work alongside clients, product owners, and stakeholders to grasp objectives, user requirements, and limitations.
β’ Contribute to project initiations, design reviews, and design-thinking sessions.
β’ Transform product objectives and user insights into UX strategies, workflows, specifications, and timelines.
β’ Conduct or assist in user research, interviews, usability assessments, and competitive evaluations.
β’ Establish information architecture, user pathways, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
β’ Assess design choices using qualitative feedback and pertinent product or business metrics.
β’ Showcase UX/UI concepts and recommendations to clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
β’ Work with engineers during the implementation phase to guarantee the desired experience and quality standards.
β’ Engage in design reviews and help maintain a consistent, scalable UI design system.
β’ Revise designs based on research findings, feedback, technical limitations, and evolving business requirements.
β’ Enhance Ayrin Digital's UI/UX design methodologies, processes, and culture.
β’ Provide support and mentorship to junior designers when suitable.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a similar field.
β’ Candidates without a degree may still apply if their portfolio and work experience clearly showcase the required UI/UX skills, along with a design-focused diploma, bootcamp certification, or other structured design training as an alternative to a degree.
β’ 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for digital products, platforms, or services.
β’ A robust portfolio that illustrates the UX process, UI decisions, contributions, and results from at least two relevant projects.
β’ Experience in user flows, prototyping, usability testing, interaction design, and visual design.
β’ Ability to comprehend complex issues and translate key user needs into simple, effective interfaces and experiences.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including direct interaction with clients or senior stakeholders.
β’ Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, research, quality assurance, marketing, and business teams.
β’ Practical understanding of responsive UI design, accessibility, design systems, Material Design, and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
β’ Familiarity with agile development practices.
β’ Proficient in Figma and prototyping or collaboration tools.
β’ A thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset with the capability to give and receive constructive feedback.
