Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create user interface screens and workflows for applications, encompassing onboarding processes, user journeys, and product displays, grounded in identified challenges and objectives.

• Enhance solutions in Figma leading up to developer handoff, which includes detailing components, states, scenarios, and specifications.

• Sustain and advance the Design System, incorporating variables and modes for each application and brand while considering the B2B and white-label contexts.

• Tailor the Design System and screens for new co-branded clients, taking into account their visual identity, unique requirements, and necessary adjustments to user flows.

• Create short videos for in-app experiences, from AI generation through to editing and completion.

• Develop layouts for in-app communications that cater to various user journeys.

• Design pages for websites and landing pages.

• Occasionally produce marketing materials and assets for app store listings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product design (app/mobile), from defining problems to the developer handoff stage.

• Proficient in Figma, particularly in relation to Design Systems (components, variables, and modes).

• Versatile profile: adept at transitioning between product UI, web design, and visual asset creation.

• Proficiently integrates AI into the design workflow, including image creation, ideation, and support for video production.

• Ability to independently address problems based on a clear brief, without needing detailed step-by-step instructions.

• Excellent communication and self-management skills for effective collaboration within a fully remote team.
