Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a dynamic, agile design team focused on creating a 0→1 AI voice assistant product from inception.

• Collaborate daily with the design lead to ensure alignment and direction.

• Analyze loosely-defined inputs to identify essential features for development.

• Transform incomplete inputs into deployable UI by collaborating with engineers and product managers for scope clarification.

• Produce clean, production-ready UI in a timely manner.

• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool while building and maintaining components to support multiple workstreams.

• Employ UX principles to enhance user flows, breakpoints, layout, and overall composition.

• Engage in design discussions and rapidly incorporate feedback.

• Gradually assume responsibility for more complex challenges and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing technology products.

• Proven experience in a cross-functional product team within an agile or scrum-like environment.

• Strong UI and visual execution skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates a solid sense of craft and composition.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Working knowledge of UX principles, including user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition.

• Logical, structural, and analytical thinking abilities: capable of breaking down vague or open-ended tasks into actionable steps independently.

• Excellent communication skills: able to articulate design decisions clearly and ask pertinent questions.

• Proactive approach: takes initiative without waiting for detailed instructions and contributes innovative ideas and solutions.

• Preferred qualifications: experience with consumer products, familiarity with animation tools (After Effects, Principle), and experience with TV/smart devices.
