This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate analytics projects, from defining ambiguous issues to providing actionable, data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with product managers to establish metrics, create reporting dashboards, and integrate data into product development.

• Utilize SQL and visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau to convert complex data into recommendations for stakeholders.

• Maintain and document metrics, datasets, and models using Confluence and Datahub.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects by prioritizing tasks and providing proactive status updates.

• Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and quality control processes.

• Incorporate modern AI tools into daily workflows for SQL coding, analysis, and documentation.

• Travel occasionally for project or in-person team meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in writing, optimizing, and performing QA in SQL or relational database languages.

• Proficiency with modern BI tools, particularly Tableau and Looker (LookML) is highly preferred.

• Capability to break down vague problem statements into clear, actionable data strategies.

• Ability to independently oversee deliverables from requirement gathering through to stakeholder delivery with minimal oversight.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and ensure task completion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convert analytics insights into narratives and actionable items.

• Experience with LLMs/AI tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, AWS Glue, Spark, DBT, and Athena is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal inference is desirable.
