This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Act as the site administrator for Centric PLM: configure fields, views, exports, and workflows to assist the product creation team.
• Oversee Pimberly (PIM) governance: guarantee the accuracy of material data, completeness of fields, and readiness for seasonal publishing.
• Develop and sustain automated exports (NetSuite, wholesale workbook, DTC channel) while ensuring data mapping integrity.
• Establish and uphold data entry standards within the product team; train new members on system protocols.
• Supervise the development of custom fields in Centric, Sales Channel logic, and seasonal maintenance in collaboration with the PLM team.
• Lead the Centric Health Check cadence in partnership with the Centric Customer Success team; manage the platform roadmap and adoption strategy.
• Take charge of product compliance program management: care labeling, fiber content accuracy, country-of-origin requirements, and import translations.
• Maintain CPSIA documentation for youth products and coordinate regulatory reviews with legal when necessary.
• Oversee the PFAS compliance program: documentation, vendor statements, historical records (2011–present), and ongoing regulatory monitoring.
• Collaborate with Materials Managers to maintain awareness of CAFTA compliance.
• Track evolving product safety and chemical regulatory requirements (California, EU, federal) and update the team accordingly.
• Serve as the product compliance liaison to address wholesale customer requirements.
• Manage the ongoing execution of Stio's EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) program following the initial data architecture setup.
• Handle F26+BOM label and carrier label requirements associated with DPP compliance.
• Oversee international interior label requirements and ensure accuracy across all market channels, in line with Digital Product Passport regulations.
• Stay updated on EU regulatory changes (CSRD, ESPR, DPP) and translate them into actionable requirements for the product team.
• Collaborate with Operations and Legal on reporting timelines and data submission requirements.
• Lead the preferred materials certification audit program: RDS, RWS, GRS, GOTS — coordinate with suppliers and monitor certification status.
• Manage the collection of RDS Transaction Certificates for down-filling styles each season; maintain the Stio Mass Balance Sheet.
• Execute Scope 3.1 (purchased goods and materials) carbon data collection in partnership with Climate Impact Partners.
• Support the compilation and reporting of Preferred Materials data for brand transparency commitments.
• Manage the BEE tool and/or Change Climate sustainability measurement platform(s).
• Lead the completion of the OIA/CAC Annual Survey and facilitate cross-functional data gathering.
• Coordinate participation in the sustainability committee and ensure cross-functional alignment on sustainability goals.
• Candidate must have familiarity with HIGG/Worldly or Change Climate project (B-Tools).
• Oversee compliance with the EPA PFAS Rule & Report: data collection, documentation of production volumes, disposal, and hazards from 2011 to present.
• Stay informed about California SB 253 (Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act) and CSRD obligations; collaborate with Legal on reporting readiness.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for regulatory inquiries related to materials chemistry and environmental compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Product Operations, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, product compliance, sustainability operations, or PLM administration in the apparel or consumer goods sector.
• Proven experience in managing rigorous compliance programs (PFAS, fiber content, labeling, certifications).
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications and supply chain transparency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines.
• Administrative or advanced PLM experience; experience with Centric is a plus.
• Detail-oriented systems thinker, comfortable in building processes from the ground up.
