This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Serve as a collaborative partner to product managers and experience leaders.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance digital experiences through experimentation, behavioral analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
• Conduct moderately complex analyses and formulate actionable recommendations to support growth and profitability objectives.
• Track and convey performance, trends, and strategic insights for digital personal-lines auto and property products.
• Evaluate market risks and opportunities, influencing executive leadership decisions with data-driven insights.
• Utilize SQL, Microsoft Excel, Essbase, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze extensive datasets.
• Aid in business cases by synthesizing data, modeling scenarios, and assessing financial impacts.
• Implement AI tools and techniques to enhance analytical efficiency, automate routine tasks, and create scalable decision-support solutions.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations for leadership, regional partners, and external team members.
• Optimize processes and improve analytical efficiency through automation, upgraded tools, and data governance.
• Collaborate with teams such as Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations, and others on new products, programs, and processes.
• Occasionally travel, less than 10%, for internal and cross-functional meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma is required; a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of analytical experience in insurance or related fields is required.
• Excellent research, statistical, analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with the capacity to structure and execute analyses.
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
• Capability to deliver impactful formal presentations.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Required proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance, accounting, and rate-making concepts.
• Extensive experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and structured analysis and design methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Skills to coach and mentor colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Must possess authorization to work indefinitely in the US.

• Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the remote hiring locations.
