This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Identify gaps in products and processes, and assist in leading enhancement initiatives focused on clinical research.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to assess technology requirements and translate them into system specifications and design documents.
β’ Draft requirements, conduct analyses, create process flows, and develop system documentation, user manuals, and administration procedures.
β’ Aid in the development of standardized programmatic reports for the enterprise.
β’ Work alongside enterprise and site users to maximize software efficiency.
β’ Recognize opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
β’ Provide tier 2 customer support to end users.
β’ Partner with both internal and external development teams to implement features that meet customer needs.
β’ Support product design, release management, workflow optimization, onboarding initiatives, and coordination of support services.
β’ Collaborate across departments throughout the product delivery cycle to adhere to project timelines and fulfill deliverables.
β’ Work together to address service delivery and functionality issues with research solutions teams, vendors, support resources, and end users.
β’ Report on progress and outcomes to senior management.
β’ Contribute to initiatives in digital transformation, including prototypes, pilots, and MVPs.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
β’ Experience in clinical research or the healthcare industry.
β’ Practical experience in building and refining proof-of-concept solutions utilizing AI tools.
β’ Involvement in ROI analysis for product or initiative assessment.
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and regulatory standards in clinical research and healthcare settings.
β’ Working knowledge of enterprise platforms like CTMS, Veeva Vault, SAP, ServiceNow, and SmartSolve.
β’ Functional understanding of coding principles, AI agentic/automation tools, and APIs.
β’ Capability to independently configure and test solutions.
β’ Knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, process documentation, and business/data modeling in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, and Smartsheets.
β’ Experience with requirements traceability and validation processes.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to build effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
β’ Six Sigma certification is preferred.
β’ Agile certification is preferred.
β’ CPOA - IIBA Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis is preferred.
β’ CBIP β Certified Business Intelligence Professional is preferred.
