Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify gaps in products and processes, and assist in leading enhancement initiatives focused on clinical research.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to assess technology requirements and translate them into system specifications and design documents.

• Draft requirements, conduct analyses, create process flows, and develop system documentation, user manuals, and administration procedures.

• Aid in the development of standardized programmatic reports for the enterprise.

• Work alongside enterprise and site users to maximize software efficiency.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

• Provide tier 2 customer support to end users.

• Partner with both internal and external development teams to implement features that meet customer needs.

• Support product design, release management, workflow optimization, onboarding initiatives, and coordination of support services.

• Collaborate across departments throughout the product delivery cycle to adhere to project timelines and fulfill deliverables.

• Work together to address service delivery and functionality issues with research solutions teams, vendors, support resources, and end users.

• Report on progress and outcomes to senior management.

• Contribute to initiatives in digital transformation, including prototypes, pilots, and MVPs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

• Experience in clinical research or the healthcare industry.

• Practical experience in building and refining proof-of-concept solutions utilizing AI tools.

• Involvement in ROI analysis for product or initiative assessment.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and regulatory standards in clinical research and healthcare settings.

• Working knowledge of enterprise platforms like CTMS, Veeva Vault, SAP, ServiceNow, and SmartSolve.

• Functional understanding of coding principles, AI agentic/automation tools, and APIs.

• Capability to independently configure and test solutions.

• Knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, process documentation, and business/data modeling in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

• Proficient with Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, and Smartsheets.

• Experience with requirements traceability and validation processes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to build effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• Agile certification is preferred.

• CPOA - IIBA Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis is preferred.

• CBIP – Certified Business Intelligence Professional is preferred.
