This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge about ClassLink products, their features, releases, workflows, use cases, limitations, target audiences, and terminology.

• Develop product messaging, value propositions, FAQs, key talking points, and standardized terminology.

• Ensure that product webpages remain up-to-date and beneficial.

• Discover opportunities for creating new pages, FAQs, and additional resources.

• Tailor product narratives for clients, prospects, partners, and employees.

• Work collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams to strategize communications for product releases.

• Formulate communication plans that outline audiences, messages, channels, content, ownership, and timelines.

• Align communication strategies with product launches, ranging from minor updates to comprehensive campaigns.

• Collaborate with Creative, Web, Learning Design, Technical Writing, and other departments.

• Ensure consistent product messaging across webpages, emails, campaigns, product updates, presentations, events, and internal communications.

• Produce ongoing product content, including blog series, explainers, comparisons, FAQs, use cases, and resources.

• Draft content or prepare briefs for other writers.

• Integrate customer stories and proof points into communications.

• Foster relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Learning Design, Technical Writing, and Creative teams.

• Monitor project ownership, deadlines, follow-ups, and next steps.

• Organize events, webinars, social media, PR, newsletters, customer stories, and case studies when applicable.

• Establish repeatable processes for planning, creating, updating, and reusing communications.

• Utilize AI with discretion and conduct fact-checking.

• Oversee assigned product communication projects from inception to completion.

• Maintain a pipeline of launches, nurture campaigns, product content, and webpage opportunities.

• Suggest communication priorities based on product focus, audience feedback, and engagement metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product communications, product marketing, content strategy, B2B marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong writing and editing capabilities.

• Experience with launches, nurture campaigns, webpages, blogs, emails, or other content designed to drive audience action.

• A keen interest in product functionality and user requirements.

• Proficient in organizing projects, personnel, deadlines, and details.

• Initiative to identify gaps and propose actionable next steps.

• Sound judgment and a history of collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

• Comfortable utilizing AI and marketing data to enhance work processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% for company and team retreats and meetings.

• Preferred: experience in edtech, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity and access management, or other complex-product industries.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, technical writers, and customer-facing teams.

• Preferred: familiarity with SEO, AI-driven discovery, marketing automation, CRM, or web analytics.

• Preferred: experience in developing product content or nurture programs.
