📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive global marketing communications strategies that enhance Neogen’s brand presence within key food manufacturing sectors.

• Develop complete marketing initiatives that promote awareness, engagement, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, customer retention, and revenue enhancement.

• Direct multi-channel marketing efforts encompassing digital, print, events, public relations, social media, email, and other pertinent channels.

• Create marketing strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign plans tailored to specific industries.

• Collaborate with segment and regional marketing teams to ensure global messaging aligns with local market demands.

• Spearhead cross-functional campaign planning and execution, involving Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Technical, Brand, Design, Regulatory, Legal, and other key stakeholders.

• Supervise the creation of white papers, case studies, blog posts, press releases, newsletters, social media content, and various customer-facing materials.

• Simplify complex technical and scientific concepts into clear and compelling narratives.

• Customize content for target audiences, market segments, customer requirements, and communication channels.

• Implement audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, automated nurture programs, re-engagement strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.

• Oversee the global content calendar and coordinate efforts with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

• Promote customer-focused messaging throughout the entire buyer journey.

• Utilize marketing performance data, testing, and insights to assess campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with regional and country marketing teams to synchronize local execution with the overarching global strategy.

• Offer guidance and best practices for marketing communications, campaign development, messaging, and content creation.

• Work with thought leadership teams to establish Neogen as a reliable partner and a leader in scientific innovation.

• Ensure consistent adherence to Neogen's brand standards.

• Manage several simultaneous marketing projects with a focus on quality, consistency, and timely execution.

• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes, content creation, campaign execution, and interdepartmental collaboration.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, brand marketing, campaign strategy, or comparable marketing programs.

• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Background in crafting messaging, content, or marketing initiatives for specific customer or industry segments.

• Competence in managing multiple simultaneous projects and cross-functional workflows.

• Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners or agencies.

• Expertise in transforming complex technical, scientific, or business information into clear and engaging marketing content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Capacity to independently prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deliverables.

• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing content for consistency, quality, and alignment.

• Preferred: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications.

• Preferred: Background in food safety, food manufacturing, life sciences, diagnostics, or other B2B technical industries.

• Preferred: Experience in creating industry-focused marketing programs and audience segmentation strategies.

• Preferred: Knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, customer journey mapping, re-engagement campaigns, or conversion optimization.

• Preferred: Experience in developing marketing strategies for diverse geographic regions or global markets.

• Preferred: Collaboration experience with technical, scientific, regulatory, legal, and commercial stakeholders.

• Preferred: Experience in producing thought leadership content and industry-focused campaigns.

• Preferred: Familiarity with marketing analytics, testing, and performance data for campaign optimization.

• Preferred: Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, content management, or digital marketing platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in managing agency or external creative partnerships.
