Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the US product surface as the product owner and design leader.

• Oversee and prioritize the US backlog in collaboration with clinical and commercial teams.

• Develop product briefs that address problems, metrics, and acceptance criteria.

• Create comprehensive user experiences in Figma, focusing on both macro-architecture and micro-interactions.

• Contribute to the Design System.

• Tailor workflows to align with US healthcare systems, such as EHRs, Epic/OncoEMR integrations, and RPM/CCM billing rules.

• Conduct discovery interviews with US patients, navigators, physicians, and partner sites.

• Independently manage discovery cycles with US partner sites.

• Deliver essential features like CMS billing management or EHR integrations from design to deployment.

• Work closely with developers to ensure implementation quality through pixel checks and testing.

• Utilize Claude and other AI tools to expedite research, create design variations, and automate documentation.

• Collaborate with clinical, commercial, engineering, and US teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.

• In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare system, including CMS reimbursement and care billing mechanics.

• Experience with EHR integrations, such as Epic, OncoEMR, or Cerner.

• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR standards.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Proficient in AI and regular use of AI tools.

• Strong ownership mentality and capability to produce product briefs.

• Ability to justify technical and design trade-offs with solid data.

• Excellent writing and asynchronous communication skills.

• Experience in oncology, US digital health, or value-based care organizations is a plus.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and FDA SaMD compliance frameworks is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and React is a plus.
