Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create web or mobile digital products and solutions based on opportunities identified and prioritized by leadership.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive production solutions, which include the interface, backend, database, infrastructure, Claude Code, and similar tools.

• Design and improve AI agents.

• Detect agent failures, modify prompts and workflows, and evaluate the outcomes of those modifications.

• Execute integrations and automations that link solutions to operations.

• Collaborate closely with the tech lead and leadership team.

• Provide clear updates on progress and obstacles.

• Modify execution in accordance with the established roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing end-to-end web or mobile digital products and solutions.

• Experience in developing and improving AI agents.

• Strong experience or hands-on experimentation with APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, architectural or tech stack decisions, and code generation.

• Solid experience or hands-on experimentation with TypeScript, integrations, cloud providers, automations, and web scraping.

• Product-oriented mindset, with the capability to identify issues, formulate solutions, and prioritize based on impact.

• Competence in building solutions, rather than merely specifying them.

• Ability to technically estimate solutions, recognizing dependencies, risks, and realistic timelines.

• Strong sensibility for UX and UI.

• Inquisitiveness about technology and AI.

• Practical knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider, along with experience in deploying applications to production.

• Experience with TypeScript and modern web frameworks.

• Familiarity with SQL, analytical databases, or data manipulation using Python.

• Experience with advertising platform APIs.

• Involvement in personal or professional projects that include web scraping, APIs, automations, or integrations.

• Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Design background with familiarity in Figma or prototyping tools.

• Prior experience in product management.

• Experience with content portals, digital agencies, or performance marketing firms.
