This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the revenue team to shape the direction of solutions and take ownership of implementing the agreed concepts within the client's budget and timeline.

• Utilize modern AI-assisted tools to design and construct the core solution.

• Rapidly iterate during the product development process.

• Engage and coordinate with specialists in technical, data, design, and other fields as required.

• Seek consultation from the Solution Architect regarding architecture, security, and scalability considerations.

• Create straightforward, reliable products that align with actual user workflows.

• Conduct testing with real users to identify shortcomings and enhance the product within the defined scope.

• Transform client-oriented directives into functional products that address genuine business requirements.

• Proven history of personally developing and delivering products or tools utilized by actual users.

• Capability to convert a vision into a practical, durable product.

• Strong product judgment and the ability to make pragmatic decisions in uncertain situations.

• Familiarity with AI coding and agent tools, or a quick learning ability regarding them.

• Capacity to swiftly grasp new domains and work effectively amidst ambiguity and short feedback cycles.

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian.

• Residing in Italy.

• A demonstrated track record of results along with a portfolio showcasing created works.
